What will you do?
Source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
Screen candidates based on job requirements
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer extension
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques
Proficiency in drafting recruitment documents such as job descriptions and offer letters

Education
Bachelor's Degree
Experience
At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
