We do this through a combination of AI and behavioral science to quickly and accurately determine who is right for the roles our customers are hiring. •  Experienced in conducting candidate phone screens and initial evaluations
•  Organized and efficient, able to manage multiple conversations while maintaining quality
•  Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and making their job search experience positive
•  Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills for candidate evaluations
•  Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems

In the job you will:

•  Conduct approximately 24 fifteen-minute phone screens daily with candidates
•  Analyze applications and evaluate candidates against position requirements
•  Make data-driven decisions about moving candidates to the next stage
•  Generate weekly summary reports using our templated system
•  Work within our native ATS, HireBus, to manage candidate flow
•  Provide a consistent and professional candidate experience

• This is a fully remote position. We're looking for someone who can maintain high energy and engagement throughout multiple phone screens while ensuring each candidate feels valued and heard.

Job Type: 40 hour per week contract work

Compensation: $800 - $1,600 per month, dependent on experience
