We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer for a project full-remote!
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain an automation framework that can execute automated testes efficiently and effectively;
- Write, execute and monitor automated test suites using appropriate tools based on the project's technology stack;
- Collaborate with DevOps to ensure the appropriate test environments are set up and maintained;
- Work closely with the development team to ensure alignment with the software development lifecycle, particularly in BDD approaches;
- Provide leadership in automating Smoking, Regression, E2E and system integration tests;
- Gather, define and document project requirements to build automation tests and frameworks.
- Define and enforce automation best testing practices;
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical engineers;
- Communicate with the wider business and update stakeholders on automation updates;
- Influence the engineering departments to further improve the quality of software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in automating web applications built with Flutter;
- Experience developing or maintaining an automation framework;
- Experience with SikuliX framework/library or similar tools;
- Experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar web automation tools;
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and processes;
- Strong knowledge of API automation and manual testing using Postman, Rest Assured and Python are valued;
- Experience with TDD and BDD is also valued;
- Fluency in English.
