Software Verification Systems Team Lead -AI / DSP /ML

We are partnered up with a global semiconducting organisation who are based in Ireland who are looking for a Software Verification Systems Team Lead to join their team in Ireland.

Relocation Support is available!

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-10 engineers to develop a verification process for complex machine learning optimization software
• Define acceptance criteria, performance metrics, and test accuracy
• Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, provide feedback on code quality, drive documentation improvements, and ensure defects identification and resolution occurs on time
• Drive the team to meet the highest code and product quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant discipline. A master’s degree is preferable.
• 10+ years of practical experience in software engineering
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
• Experience with compilers or software optimized for specific hardware
• Leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
