Currently, we are seeking a Data Engineer who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity. This is a hybrid challenge in either Lisbon, Coimbra or Braga.
Responsabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest, process, and transform large volumes of data from diverse sources into usable formats for analysis and consumption;
- Develop and manage data warehouses and data lakes to store and organize structured and unstructured data, ensuring data availability, integrity, and security;
- Integrate data from various internal and external sources, including databases, APIs, streaming platforms, and cloud services, to create unified and cohesive datasets for analysis and reporting;
- Targeted preparation of data for specific use cases and creation of data profiles;
Requirements:
- (3+) years of experience in Data Engineering roles.
- Proficient in the programming languages like PySpark, Python, Scala;
- Understanding of AWS Cloud Ingestion solutions
- Understanding of efficient data processing and attitude in S3 and databases;
- Knowledge of relevant source systems and their data types and structures;
- English level B2 or superior.
