Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.

Oversee the development and implementation of Pega applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and Pega guardrails.

Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure compliance with Pega standards and guidelines.

Stay updated with the latest Pega features and industry trends to continuously improve the architecture and delivery processes.


Required Personal Skills:

Experience in Pega development, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.

Certifications: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is mandatory. Additional certifications like CSA (Certified System Architect) and CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) are preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Pega PRPC, Pega frameworks, and integration with external systems. Strong understanding of Pega architecture and design principles.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
