Technical Lead in PORTUGAL

Currently, we are seeking a Tech Lead who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering growth;
• Collaborating with development teams, data scientists, and product managers to define technical roadmaps and solutions;
• Architecting, designing, and developing full-stack applications;
• Leading code reviews, ensuring best practices, and promoting code quality;
• Developing and maintaining APIs and integrating them into scalable systems;
• Driving test automation and ensuring the reliability of the software;
• Working closely with the DevOps team to enhance CI/CD pipelines;
• Taking ownership of technical troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrades as part of 3rd-level support;
• Writing and maintaining technical documentation for team reference and project continuity.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role;
• Expertise in Java and Spring frameworks;
• Strong understanding of web development technologies including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript;
• Experience with single-page application frameworks such as Angular 2+ or React;
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture;
• Knowledge of JUnit and test-driven development;
• Experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and Hibernate ORM;
• Proven track record in designing solutions on cloud platforms, preferably Azure, ensuring reliability and scalability;
• Experience with version control using Git;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Fluent level of english;
• Living in Portugal.
