Test Automation Engineer (+ DevOps) - Hybrid in ROMANIA

Join a innovative Engineering Enablement team, where you will provide essential tools, frameworks, and guidance to support the engineering community. As a Test Automation Engineer with a DevOps focus, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our quality platform and driving improvements across our business systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain a high-quality platform for our engineers.


• Utilize your expertise in test automation and test data management tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Karate Framework, and Pact to ensure superior quality.


• Design and implement performance testing solutions, supporting engineering teams in their application.


• Apply fundamental knowledge of Kafka in developing and maintaining messaging systems.


• Collaborate with product and application teams to optimize and enhance business systems.


• Focus on DevOps with strong expertise in Kubernetes, Kafka, or Performance Testing.


• Set up CI/CD pipelines, integrating test automation to streamline the release process.

Technical Requirements:

• Proven experience in setting up test automation solutions for API, UI, and Kafka applications using tools like Karate Framework and Playwright.


• Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes environments.


• Proficiency in performance testing to ensure seamless business platform operations.


• Experience testing Java applications using Gatling.


• Expertise in using GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control and CI/CD pipeline automation.


• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services is a plus.
