Customer Success Manager - Blockchain / Web 3
We are currently partnered with an exciting blockchain lab enabling cutting-edge protocols in the Ethereum space actively supporting a remote-first environment. They are currently looking to expand their Sales/BD team with a Customer Success Manager
This is a fully remote opportunity within European Timzones.
Key Responsibilities for this Customer Success Manager position:
- Manage and nurture relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet expectations.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and enhance services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed on Web3 trends to provide expert advice and innovative solutions.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client services, or 2+ years in blockchain industries.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and dApps.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
- Experience in solution sales or technical product sales.
- Familiarity with Blockchain L1/L2 companies or centralized exchanges.
