Team Description
For our newest projects, part of the Software Enterprise portfolio, we are looking for passionate engineers willing to help us bring the newest technologies to our software.
The Community Engagement team develops applications that enable community engagement between the public and law enforcement. The suite of products consists of a crime map making crime incidents available to the public, digital evidence collection, and non-emergency online reporting reducing the need for phone and in-person inquiries.

Front-end: Angular, TypeScript, Cobalt
Back-end: Azure, .Net Core, Node, Typescript, C#, Kubernetes
Database: MongoDB
Basic Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math or related fields
- Experience with web-development
- Experience with CSS
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, and C#
- Experience with version control
- Basic understanding of automated testing (eg. , unit testing)
- English language skills at a level allowing efficient communication
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud databases (e.g. , MongoDB, Azure Cosmos, PostgreSQL, MS SQL)
- Familiarity with REST architectural style
- Familiarity with cloud / distributed computing concepts
- Familiarity with Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Familiarity with git, and GitHub
- Familiarity with CI/CD
- Knowledge of IT security concepts and practice
