Senior Gameplay Programmer - Unreal

Gray Zone Warfare has been under development in our bustling offices for more than three years. This new game is an immersive tactical FPS with a maximum focus on realism, immersive gameplay, and stunning graphics powered by Unreal Engine 5. We are seeking a talented coder to join our team of experienced and passionate game developers. You will be responsible for designing gameplay systems and features for Gray Zone Warfare. With your expertise in Unreal and C++ and strong experience in developing FPS titles, you will have the potential to turn the design vision into reality and deliver a top-notch gaming experience.

WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?

• Designing and implementing gameplay systems and features using Unreal Engine and C++.
• Collaborating with designers and artists to ensure that gameplay systems meet requirements.
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on scalability and clarity.
• Debugging and troubleshooting issues as they arise and identifying and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior programmers as needed.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in game development.

WHO WILL FIT IN WITH US?

• You’re hopelessly excited about coding and have the same passion for games.
• Your career track record in programming is a minimum 5 years, with a strong emphasis. on experience in UE and C++ and most important current experience with Unreal Engine.
• You have shipped at least one premium multiplayer title as a game programmer.
• Strong experience developing FPS shooters.
• Focused on scalability and clarity in your codes.
• You have a very high standard of teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to move to Brno.
