👉 Arrowster is looking for a Full-Time, on-site Marketing Executive in Ho Chi Minh City (at least a 6-month commitment).

💡 Scope of Work:
Community Management:
- Build and manage community groups.
- Maintain the “Friends of ARWS” community.
Copywriting:
- Develop and execute sustainable seeding and content strategies.
- Write engaging content for various platforms.
- Provide interim content support until a dedicated copywriter is hired.
Owned Channel Management:
- Maintain and manage our owned channels.
- Build and maintain owned channels, including community groups, Facebook pages, threads, and blog posts.
- Collaborate with designers to create compelling content.
💡 Requirements:
● 1-2 years in marketing, community management, or related roles.
● Proven track record of successful campaigns and community engagement.
● Tools Utilization: Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM systems), influencer marketing, and event management.
● Fast Execution: Smart, thrives in fast-paced environments, self-motivated, career-focused, and data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
● High Agency: Possess a “can-do” attitude, overcome challenges with resilience, and be ready to embrace feedback.
● In-Person: Based in HCMC or willing to relocate (with air tickets covered and accommodation subsidized by the company).
