Responsibilities as Head of Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing software team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation and quality.
• Shape and execute the technical vision for the development of advanced healthcare applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of security, reliability, and scalability.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept and architecture to deployment and continuous improvement.

Requirements for Head of Development position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Extensive experience in a senior software development role with a proven track record of managing and scaling development teams.
• Strong expertise in C#.NET, including ASP.NET and .NET Core, with experience in developing secure, high-performance healthcare applications.
