Job Description
WHY THIS ROLE
This is a rare opportunity to own and shape the technology transformation agenda of a highly specialised, quantitatively driven financial services firm. You will operate with significant autonomy, reporting directly to the CEO, driving meaningful change across automation, data infrastructure, and operational efficiency.
The firm operates at the intersection of financial rigour and technological innovation. Decisions are made quickly, intellectual standards are high, and the impact of your work will be visible and measurable from day one.
This role suits someone who has built and scaled engineering systems from the ground up - someone who combines architectural thinking with a genuine bias for delivery, and who knows how to build teams that operate without hand-holding.
ABOUT THE FIRM
A specialised financial services firm providing independent valuation, risk analytics, and financial modelling services for institutional investors and financial institutions across Europe and internationally.
Technology plays a central role in the firm's operations. As part of its next stage of growth, it is establishing a dedicated Technology Transformation function to continuously improve internal productivity, automation, and technological capabilities. This is a newly created function - you will be building it.
