In domain Magenta Field Force (MFF) we deliver the best IT solutions for our field service colleagues of DTAG and DT IT to achieve our common goal: TURN CUSTOMER INTO FANS! Therefore, we constantly improve our way of working and the way we are designing and delivering software. We constantly keep in touch with our users and customers to understand their needs. We are working together as ONE Magenta Field Force Team, supporting each other and using synergies where possible.
Product Vision
We enable DT Technik Fiber Factory and DT Field to process all orders via one order management system, so that all orders from these two units can be processed in a uniform, transparent and seamless way without media breaks, focusing on a high grade of automation and business process flexibility. We are further developing Capri so that we can manage and map the capacities of all technicians and service partners in the Fiber Factory and the DTA completely independently of the organization, in order to have the greatest possible flexibility across the entire workforce when researching and booking capacities. We are creating a joint scheduling option for all Fiber Factory and DTA field service technicians so that field service assignments can be planned with the greatest possible efficiency and cost-effectiveness and all customer appointments can be kept.
All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Working with a multicultural, international and cross-functional team(s).
- Responsible for testing, deployment and production (operation responsible for all environments).
- Responsible for Maintain, Monitoring, Reporting and Automating our Services and Processes.
- Close collaboration with application and systems teams on regular meetings.
- Close cooperation with the business partners of DTAG and DT Technik
- Ability to independently collaborate with customers and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
All the achievements you are proud of:
- Camunda (workflow & decision automation engine) or any similar Business Process Management tool knowledge.
- Basic Knowledge about Work Order Management tools (WFM-T optional).
- Interface knowledge TARDIS (API Management/Gateway/API design patterns).
- Proven working experience with Kubernetes and Docker Containers.
- GitLab Pipelines or any similar CI/CD Orchestration tool (ArgoCD, Github Actions, Jenkins).
- Scripting skills are useful, especially Java or Python.
- DevOps methodologies and Cloud experience would also be a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile process models (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and agile values.
- Security & Compliance knowledge.
- German language skill would be a plus, but not necessary.
