ADP Payroll Specialist in PHILIPPINES

Summary

We at PeoplePlusTech are currently looking for US or APAC to join as Independent Contractor for a US based client. Several clients in US and APAC regions are moving to ADP. Anyone with reference of helping US or APAC clients move to ADP Payroll and run/manage the same is our primary target with – geographical payroll experience and expertise.

You will onboard end clients and get them comfortable using ADP payroll system. The goal is simple: Make sure ADP payroll deliver and exceed client expectations. Our client will be with you every step of the way through their award-winning training programs and world-class service guidelines. As a specialist, you will be supporting the responsibility for an error free and timely delivery of payroll outputs to end clients as per end clients' requirement within the stipulated time as per the overall project plan.

This is a fully remote work and night shift schedule. We're forming an inaugural team in PH for this US Payroll implementation work.



Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Payroll Administration tasks. Ensure compliance and control risk within the Payroll function including month-end reconciliations and super annuations.
  • Resolving of all the obligations, discrepancies on payroll taxes by reviewing Internal Revenue Service (IRS) codes and State regulations for US and applicable regulations for APAC regions.
  • Calculating Unemployment Insurance Tax rates with an overview of Unemployment benefits filed by the employees in preceding years for US regions.
  • Responsible for the successful implementations of General Ledger Interface (GLI) or Payroll for new and upgrading clients utilizing Implementation methodologies and processes.
  • Guide clients through UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and parallel runs to ensure seamless transitions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent in education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience on US or APAC Payroll operations and calculations. Customer focused payroll experience, preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience with SAP payroll systems preferably ADP GLI, ADP Payroll systems, Time, accounting practices, financial reporting and industry standard tools.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • UAT and parallel guide experience.
  • Project experience desired but not required.
  • Excellent Service Orientation skills, analytical skills, and expert problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work fully remote on US or APAC day time zones. Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) qualification desirable.
