Responsibilities

• Craft summaries and recommendations to drive business development.
• Employ a business-driven approach in all tasks.
• Utilize various methods and algorithms to calculate ROI and business KPIs.
• Enhance the efficiency of business unit projects.
• Demonstrate proactivity in envisioning improvements for business processes and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain predictive models for business units.
• Create dashboards using Tableau.
• Integrate regression algorithms (both linear and non-linear) across internal and external servers.

Requirements

• Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to extract insights and identify trends using statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
• Business Intelligence Tools: Experience with business intelligence tools in order to create insightful dashboards and reports.
• Statistical Analysis: Strong background in statistical analysis methods, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting relevant data for analysis.
• Programming Languages: Familiarity with programming Python languages for data manipulation and analysis.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of business processes, industry trends, and market dynamics.
• Requirements Gathering: Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across different departments.
• Process Improvement: Experience in identifying inefficiencies in business processes and proposing solutions for optimization and improvement.
• Project Management: Proficient in project management methodologies and tools for coordinating and executing projects effectively.
