PHP Developer - Fully Remote

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a PHP Developer to join a SaaS product that impacts people worldwide. They are a rapidly growing business which have multiple roles across Mid and Senior level which they are looking to fill this year, as well as plenty of growth opportunities.

The PHP Developer will be working alongside passionate engineers in their established and highly collaborative in-house development team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Write code to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way.
• Ensure that code is well structured and documented in best practice.
• Assist in writing development specs to enhance the system and to allow for more efficient work practices.
• Participate in a team-oriented environment to develop heavy loaded web-based applications with complex business logic.
• Architecture of solutions to be developed across front and back-end development teams.
• Maintain and upgrade existing applications
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years experience working with modern PHP
• Experience working within an Agile methodology.
• SQL knowledge
