Community Growth:
Develop and execute bounty campaigns to incentivize and reward community participation
Identify and secure strategic partnerships to enhance community growth and engagement
Schedule, organize, and moderate AMA sessions
Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) Management:
Build and nurture relationships with KOLs in the crypto and gaming spaces to amplify our brand's visibility
Coordinate campaigns and collaborations with KOLs to drive community engagement and user acquisition
Event Organization:
Plan and execute community events such as tournaments, competitions, and other interactive experiences
Manage all aspects of event logistics, from planning to promotion and post-event analysis
Strategy and Analysis:
Develop and implement growth strategies to scale our user base and increase platform adoption
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet KPIs
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the crypto industry, preferably within a marketing team
Proven experience in community growth, partnership development, and event organization
Experience in the gaming industry is highly advantageous
Skills:
Strong understanding of the crypto and blockchain landscape, with a particular focus on GameFi
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage diverse community groups
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of working both independently and within a team
Passionate about AI
Flexibility:
Ability to work across different time zones to coordinate with a global team and community
