About The Role
Here, you won’t be confined to a single domain. Our Data Analysts take the lead, managing diverse stakeholders and diving into a rich variety of projects. One day, you could be unraveling the mysteries of quality anomaly detection, and the very next, you might be enhancing our airport search coverage.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Dive deep with SQL and flex your coding muscles in Python/R
- Explore and extract insights using tools like Presto and Databricks
- Build your own ETL pipelines using highly scalable tools like dbt and Spark
- Visualise and share your findings in Looker
- Automate data flows and craft cutting-edge analytical reports
- Design and critically assess experiments that drive Bolt’s vision forward
- Harness data modeling to forecast the trends that shape our market
About you:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or Business
- You have at least 3 years of experience efficiently and accurately managing and processing large volumes of data
- You have demonstrated expert-level skills in SQL and data modeling by designing efficient databases and data models, along with experience in BI tools and data visualisation to present complex insights
- You are experienced with Python or R. Experience with ML frameworks is considered a big plus
- You’ve got a foundational knowledge of statistics and A/B testing methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios
- You can communicate fluently in English, and your exceptional collaboration skills enable you to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively
- Readiness to relocate to Tallinn, Estonia (relocation costs and process are covered by us)
