Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze security alerts and events within client environments
Triage, classify, and disposition alerts in accordance with SLA requirements
Conduct independent investigations on security incidents, escalating as necessary
Execute containment and response actions on client endpoints following documented rules of engagement
Document investigations clearly to support escalation and client communications
Utilize SIEM, MDR, mXDR, and incident response tools effectively
Identify security gaps and communicate mitigations to internal teams and clients
Participate in client security operations meetings
Support team operations proactively and maintain continuity across shifts
Generate reports adhering to organizational standards
Develop and improve operational documentation
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Flag ineffective or noisy detections for review
Ensure proper shift hand-offs and communication
Stay current on emerging threats, exploits, and vulnerabilities
Communicate risks to internal and client stakeholders
