Key Responsibilities
Build agentic QA systems for test generation, automated regression testing, failure analysis, and intelligent bug triage.
Own test automation architecture for web applications, APIs, integrations, and critical end-to-end workflows.
Integrate automated quality checks into development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.
Develop systems that detect regressions, identify likely root causes, classify failures, and reduce manual investigation effort.
Leverage AI agents to identify coverage gaps, generate meaningful test scenarios, and prioritize testing by product changes and risk.
Build QA workflows that support growing product complexity without proportional QA staffing increases.
Create visibility into test reliability, regression trends, release readiness, and overall product quality.
Mentor engineers, establish testing standards, and drive a culture of shared quality ownership.
