Job Description
Strong experience in ServiceNow Platform Administration, Ownership, Governance, and Platform Management.
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and SLA Management.
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM).
Experience in software license management, asset tracking, and compliance.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Hub.
Strong knowledge of workflow automation and platform configuration.
