Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end delivery of AI workflows, from understanding customer requirements through to implementation and deployment.
Translate ambiguous and non-technical requirements into robust technical solutions and production-ready products.
Work directly with healthcare customers to understand their operational processes, challenges and administrative workflows.
Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and proactively address issues as they arise.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer insights into improvements to the core platform.
Deliver high-quality software across the full stack, balancing technical quality with speed and practical customer requirements.
Take ownership of technical challenges and identify what needs to be done beyond assigned tasks.
Contribute to engineering standards, development practices and the overall velocity of the team.
Communicate technical decisions, implementation progress and customer feedback effectively across engineering and business functions.
