Key Responsibilities

Build and execute annual plans connecting employee experience initiatives with company priorities

Oversee culture and engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, benefits-related activities, and company events
Create and review internal communications in English
Guide employer branding initiatives reflecting the employee experience
Oversee procurement, vendor relationships, and logistics
Use surveys, KPIs, and dashboards to evaluate results and improve programs
Partner with the CPO to present plans, budgets, priorities, and outcomes
Stay close to execution and step in when needed
