Build and mentor ML engineering/biostatistics team, set technical standards, and define AI/ML roadmap
Apply advanced ML/statistical methods to Medicare/Medicaid claims for pharmaceutical insights (treatment effectiveness, patient journey mapping)
Integrate diverse healthcare data sources (biomarker labs, CMS claims) with privacy-linked tokenization and HIPAA compliance
