Key Responsibilities
Test the courier app across login, tours, pickup and delivery confirmation, geofencing, push notifications, background GPS and poor or no network conditions
Test the dispatcher dashboard for order intake, assignment, live views, alerts, courier and fleet partner management, roles, permissions, pricing and settings
Follow orders end to end and verify data accuracy at every step
Test APIs and webhooks, including rejected inputs, error responses, duplicate orders, status polling and signed webhooks
Report bugs with reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, device and OS details, screenshots or recordings and severity
Support user acceptance testing and the pilot by collecting dispatcher and courier feedback and turning it into tickets
Collaborate on courier simulator and load tests and identify flows worth automating
Flag data-protection issues involving courier or customer personal data
Technical Skills Required
