Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support production applications to ensure availability, stability, and performance.
Perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.
Handle application deployments, release activities, configuration changes, and production fixes.
Monitor application logs, batch jobs, APIs, interfaces, and system alerts.
Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ITSM tools.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, security, and business teams to resolve production issues.
Automate repetitive operational activities using Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
Participate in major incident management and post-incident reviews.
Support change management and ensure production changes follow operational controls.
