Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using BI tools
Extract and analyze data from CRM, advertising platforms, web analytics, and social media
Conduct pre- and post-campaign analyses
Design, analyze, and report on A/B tests and experiments
Prepare performance readouts and scorecards for marketing leadership
Collaborate with marketers to define KPIs and document methodologies
Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies
Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
Perform ad hoc data analyses
