Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor multiple email marketing projects, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and deliverables remain on track
Brief and collaborate with the design team to develop effective and engaging email creatives
Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy tailored to each brand's audience and objectives
Build, configure, and manage email campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups within Klaviyo
Support customer communication initiatives across additional channels, including WhatsApp and print mailings
Use modern AI-powered tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency
Monitor campaign execution and performance, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and commercial results
Take ownership of project outcomes and proactively identify solutions to operational or performance challenges
