Key Responsibilities
Design and improve distributed systems supporting customer-facing AI voice agents
Own critical infrastructure from technical decisions through deployment and ongoing improvement
Solve reliability, scalability, and latency challenges in real-time customer conversations
Evaluate AI models and understand their trade-offs in practical use
Investigate production issues and turn learnings into better systems
Work closely with other engineers, including pairing on unfamiliar problems
Use AI tools to accelerate development, experimentation, and problem-solving
Help shape the platform as customer needs and agent capabilities evolve
