Key Responsibilities
Lead high-impact Lending initiatives end-to-end, from strategic design through execution and continuous improvement
Contribute to definition and execution of strategic priorities for the team and Lending segment
Build data-driven business cases to evaluate impact and feasibility of initiatives and new products
Oversee full lifecycle of N26 Lending products using quantitative and qualitative analysis
Analyze business performance to identify growth, optimization, and innovation opportunities
Monitor product and project performance using data and insights
Develop deep expertise in the Lending segment, KPIs, infrastructure, and processes
Act as central point of contact between internal and external stakeholders
