Key Responsibilities
Design, modify, and optimize PLC, HMI, and robotic control systems
Lead controls and automation projects from concept to implementation
Troubleshoot complex electrical, controls, robotics, and automation issues
Program and support Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and robotic systems
Develop and maintain electrical schematics, controls documentation, and operating procedures
Support new equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles
Implement modern automation technologies including vision systems and Industry 4.0 initiatives
Technical Skills Required
