Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize data models and schemas for analytics, reporting, and machine learning
Design and build ETL/ELT data pipelines to process large datasets from multiple sources
Implement performance tuning, partitioning, and clustering to optimize queries and reduce costs
Establish and enforce data quality standards, governance frameworks, and security policies
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate data solutions with BI tools and models
Document data pipelines, workflows, and processes; mentor junior engineers
Design and architect data infrastructure for analytical workloads
Apply knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and data marts
