Key Responsibilities
Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade networks and in-house servers.
Monitor and implement needed network hardware and software updates.
Monitor network performance and implement improvements.
Collaborate with onsite users and alternate locations to ensure network connectivity and security.
Configure and deploy network builds for current and new locations.
Utilize vCenter to troubleshoot, upgrade, and monitor virtual servers and work stations.
Work alongside government technical team to ensure NIPR and SIPR are updated and working efficiently.
Provide resolutions for tickets submitted using SharePoint and coach end users on ticket submission.
