Key Responsibilities
Architect and develop a multi-GenAI orchestration platform
Design and implement Agentic AI workflows
Integrate AI agents with engineering toolchains and development environments
Define platform architecture, agent interaction models, tool integrations, evaluation mechanisms, governance and human-in-the-loop controls
Drive adoption of AI-assisted and autonomous software engineering practices
Establish technical standards and best practices for Generative AI in automotive and safety-critical environments
Collaborate with embedded software engineers, architects and technical stakeholders

Nice to Have
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration technologies such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel or comparable solutions
Practical experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI coding agents and integrations with source-code repositories or developer tools
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, GitLab or comparable engineering collaboration and source-control platforms
Knowledge of automotive development standards, particularly ASPICE, ISO 26262 and ISO 21434
Experience implementing AI solutions within large-scale embedded software development organisations
Background in software platform architecture, developer tooling, CI/CD automation or MLOps
Experience establishing AI engineering standards, technical strategies or best practices across multiple development teams
