Key Responsibilities
Advise customers on network architecture, security concepts, and technology selection
Coordinate with vendors and external partners on projects and escalations
Develop network and firewall architectures and technical documentation
Diagnose and resolve complex network and security incidents
Implement network and security projects from design through migration and commissioning
Manage infrastructure monitoring and backup components
Operate, maintain, and optimize network and firewall infrastructure
Plan, design, and implement firewall, routing, switching, VPN, and WLAN solutions
Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level network and security support
Support sales with customer meetings, technical discussions, and proposals
