Key Responsibilities
Own functional and platform testing for AI-native MRO360/MDM products, including AI-driven decision logic validation.
Generate, refine, and execute AI-assisted test cases for new features and AI behavior (recommendations, duplicate detection, classification).
Build and maintain automated regression suites (API/UI) using AI tools, reviewed and owned by the engineer.
Test integration with SAP-style data flows and enterprise security/IT requirements (RBAC, multi-tenancy, performance, audit logs).
Document AI tools/prompts used and provide concise release-readiness reports for leadership.
Reproduce and verify fixes for customer-reported defects using real-world data.

Nice to Have
Experience testing LLM-based features (prompt regression, hallucination checks).
CI pipeline knowledge (GitHub Actions) and test execution in pipelines.
Basic cloud deployment/multi-tenant SaaS understanding.
Exposure to SAP, EAM, or supply chain software.
Performance/load testing with tools like k6, JMeter, or Locust.

Job Description
You will be the first AI-first quality engineer at Verdantis, testing an AI-native platform MRO360 and our MDM product used by large plants in energy, manufacturing, and mining to manage spare parts, equipment, and material master data. The product makes decisions—recommending stock levels, flagging duplicates, and classifying parts—so testing involves both software and judgment.
We seek someone early in their career who already uses AI to generate test cases, write and repair automation, explore edge cases, and analyze logs. You will set the standard for quality engineering here.
