Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire new users across mobile and web platforms
Manage paid acquisition channels including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and YouTube
Optimize user acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and retention metrics
Monitor and improve CAC, CPI, ROAS, and LTV
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, and Content teams to improve onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention
Design and execute A/B testing initiatives
Identify opportunities for viral growth loops, referral programs, and community-driven growth
Develop creator acquisition and engagement programs
Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and gaming communities
Grow user-generated content participation and creator retention
Build and maintain growth dashboards and KPI reporting
Analyze user behavior and marketing performance
Present growth insights and recommendations to executive leadership
Manage and mentor marketing team members and external agencies
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, content, and engineering teams
Establish quarterly growth objectives and execution plans
