Key Responsibilities
Build, test, and deliver campaigns that connect with the right people, partnering with teams across Ramsey.
Use segmentation and performance data to make each send better than the last.
Keep a close eye on deliverability, sender reputation, and platform capacity so the email channel stays healthy.
Work alongside the Platform team to solve issues before they slow anyone down.
Keep training materials and process documentation current so every new email marketer gets up to speed fast.
Confirm every send reflects approved content, targeting, and timing before it goes out.
Use segmentation and subscription data to personalize messaging and protect the health of the audience.
Run structured tests and report performance clearly.
Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, and send volume across all sending domains, and catch risks early.
Escalate channel and platform concerns with clear recommendations for resolution.
Build practical tutorials for core platforms that cut down on repeat questions and interruptions.
Keep onboarding materials and process documentation in SharePoint organized and current.
