Translating complex business needs and regulatory requirements into clear, simple experiences
Building and evolving a scalable design system and component library fit for a regulated industry
Guiding a team of frontend engineers and fostering a design culture built on constructive critique, rigour and curiosity
Being the voice of design across Product, Engineering and Sales, explaining decisions to technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level
Helping shape the ways of working between design, product and development
