Key Responsibilities
Develop functional testing scenarios and detailed test cases.
Build and lead test plans, estimates, strategies, and hands-on testing for Salesforce and integrated systems.
Manage project deadlines and schedules in a fast-paced federal environment.
Review and generate complex test plans, test data, procedures, and scripts based on functional specifications.
Execute test cases, coordinate tests, log and validate defects, and document findings.
Maintain Defect Status Tracking Reports (DSTRs).
Define level of effort for test case development.
Assist test lead/manager in refining testing approaches, tools, automation, and documentation.
Interact with federal and contractor functional leads to clarify requirements and scenarios.
Assist user acceptance testing by federal and contractor resources.
Respond to developer inquiries regarding test results, bugs, and defects.
Communicate frequently with customers and team members, facilitating discussions and exercising professional judgment as needed.
