Key Responsibilities
Identify growth opportunities from app data, user behavior and market trends, and pitch new features and bets to leadership, each backed by a clear hypothesis and the specific metric it should improve, such as user retention, engagement or revenue per user.
Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing and surveys, and turn insights into new ideas and design decisions.
Collaborate closely with App Studio Managers, engineering and leadership to build the mobile design roadmap and set priorities across active projects.
Own initiatives end to end, from concept through release and iteration, keeping projects moving without being pushed.
Lead A/B testing: decide what to test, interpret results, and turn findings into next steps.
Manage, coach and develop the Mobile Designers through regular 1:1s and design critiques, fostering a culture of ownership and fresh ideas.
Set design standards and maintain a shared design system across apps.
Design high-impact features hands-on, from wireframes and prototypes to polished UI.
Present design strategy and results to senior stakeholders.

Position Overview
The Mobile Design Lead sets the direction for design across ReachMobi’s Android apps and supporting mobile web properties. This is primarily a hands-on design role. Alongside your own design work, you’ll make an impact by spotting opportunities, pitching new ideas and “bets,” and driving them from concept to measurable results. The role is also highly collaborative: you’ll work closely with our App Studio Managers, who lead our app teams, as well as engineering and company leadership. You’ll also mentor and guide the mobile design team.
