Security Risk Manager to own EMCD's cyber risk management program, security audits, and regulatory licensing initiatives. Conduct vendor and partner risk assessments, maintain the IS risk register, lead SOC 2 and VASP licensing work, and manage a 2-person Governance & Compliance team. Requires 4+ years in information security risk management or GRC, TPRM experience, ISO 27001/NIST/SOC 2 knowledge, regulatory experience, and fluent Russian and English.
