Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the design, build and support of corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony and systems.
Implement observable, secure and fault-tolerant solutions.
Provide technical leadership, support and direction across multiple teams and domains.
Serve as an internal escalation point for day to day operations.
Plan and execute projects across the infrastructure landscape.
Lead and participate in infrastructure and systems and application projects.
Device lifecycle support – Vulnerability remediation, firmware upgrades, decommission, Document.
Mentor less senior staff.
Vendor management and interaction for hardware, software, and service troubleshooting and resolution.
Help define and execute the strategy for infrastructure and systems across the enterprise.
Support global operations for remote, manufacturing and iRhythm Office based workforces.
