Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day technology operations across infrastructure, systems, cloud services and platforms
Line manage the Systems Manager
Act as primary operational escalation point for major incidents and service disruptions
Own service management practices including incident, problem, change, service request, asset and financial management
Manage operational technology budget and on-call rotas
Own and lead the Service Desk function
Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party technology providers
Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base
Support audit, compliance, disaster recovery and business continuity activities
Technical Skills Required
Azure AWS Cloud platforms
