Key Responsibilities
Publish the Commerce frontend standard covering architecture, state, data fetching, testing, accessibility, and performance
Instrument real-user monitoring and publish field metrics for LCP, INP, and CLS per surface
Review frontend pull requests across Commerce and document patterns
Ship architecture enabling independent build and deploy of Commerce surfaces with enforced module boundaries
Enforce performance and bundle budgets in CI and accessibility gates against WCAG 2.2 AA
Land typed, generated API clients end to end
Hire and onboard Commerce frontend engineers
Contribute Commerce-built capabilities to the central frontend platform
