Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize high-throughput, low-latency backend services, APIs, and data-processing systems in Go and Rust
Own production Go services and Rust components end to end
Architect distributed systems for blockchain data ingestion, processing, validation, and serving
Profile and benchmark production systems and improve performance and resilience
Assess security risks and design or review protective controls
Debug complex failures and drive root-cause fixes
Partner with Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Developer Experience teams
Lead design and code reviews, mentor engineers, and establish engineering standards
Technical Skills Required
