Key Responsibilities
Own the full technical architecture of the marketplace across mobile apps, web platform, backend services, and data infrastructure
Lead technical decisions including stack selection, third-party integrations, and infrastructure choices
Define engineering standards, security protocols, scalability practices, CI/CD pipelines, QA frameworks, and deployment processes
Create the technical roadmap and translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions
Own the MVP build end-to-end including transaction flows, payments and escrow, buyer protection, seller dashboards, and admin tooling
Embed AI-first thinking and build the data foundation for analytics and experimentation
Hire, manage, and grow the engineering team and establish engineering culture
Act as technical voice in investor, partnership, and product strategy discussions
