Key Responsibilities
Identify, assess, and prioritize global security risks as part of enterprise risk and threat management
Establish security policies, standards, and operating models across all regions
Standardize site security risk assessments and mitigation plans
Oversee physical security systems including access control, surveillance, and guard force programs
Support crisis management, incident response, and business continuity
Define executive protection strategies and travel security programs
Execute within a cross-functional environment with EHS, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations
